Lexa (Heda — the Commander who dared to want peace) is a character in The 100, part of Grounders. Lexa kom Trikru is Heda: Commander of the twelve clans, bearer of the Flame, a ruler who unified the Grounders' eternal feuds by being faster, colder and smarter than every rival. Her doctrine — love is weakness — runs aground on Clarke Griffin, the Sky leader she respects, then needs, then loves. Lexa's wager is the series' biggest: that blood must not have blood, that her warrior people can choose peace — a heresy her own world will make her pay for, in the show's most infamous stray bullet.
