Cha-Cha (The other mask, fully committed) is a character in The Umbrella Academy, part of The Commission. Cha-Cha is the Commission's true believer: Hazel's partner in temporal assassination, deadlier than him, angrier than him, and immune to the doubts rotting his work ethic. She follows the orders in the tube because the orders are the point — the closest thing to faith her profession allows — and treats her partner's doughnut-shop sentimentality as a malfunction to be reported or repaired. In the cartoon masks they wear on jobs, hers somehow frowns. The partnership's unravelling is S1's second war.
