Who is Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher?
The White Wolf · Geralt's Path
Geralt of Rivia (The White Wolf) is a character in The Witcher, part of Geralt's Path. Geralt of Rivia kills monsters for coin — a witcher: mutated, cat-eyed, stronger and longer-lived than men who pay him and spit when he passes. He insists he has no feelings the way other men insist they have no debts, travels with a horse called Roach and a policy of not getting involved, and breaks the policy approximately always. In Blaviken they call him Butcher. Destiny, a concept Geralt loudly does not believe in, has been leaving him messages for years.
