Who is Ubbe in Vikings?
The steady son · House Lothbrok
Ubbe (The steady son) is a character in Vikings, part of House Lothbrok. Ubbe is the eldest of Aslaug's sons and the one most like Ragnar in the ways that don't make sagas: thoughtful, fair-minded, slow to anger and hard to move once decided. While his brothers compete in ferocity, Ubbe watches and weighs. He carries the family's conscience and much of its farming sense — drawn, as his father was, less to the next battle than to the question of land, settlement and what the raiding was ever actually for.
