Moldaver (The woman from the surface) is a character in Fallout, part of The Wasteland. The raider who walks into Vault 33's wedding is not a raider: she is called Moldaver, she is centuries older than she can possibly be, and she takes Overseer Hank MacLean with the calm of someone executing a plan decades deep. The wasteland knows her as the Flame Mother. What she wants — and what she knows about the vaults, the MacLeans, and the old world — is the season's burning fuse.
